Our Roasting Rhythm
We roast our coffees in small batches every Saturday and Sunday, following a deliberate weekly rhythm that prioritizes freshness and consistency.
While our coffees are shipped shortly after roasting, we find they truly come into their own with a brief period of rest. Allowing the coffee to settle for at least seven days after roast lets its full character, structure, and nuance unfold in the cup.
